Beneath the Mask

We all compensate to survive in life. It's the mask we throw up to make us who we are to the outside world. I want you to look beneath that and find where it really comes from. Look behind the way you express anger, sadness or fake happiness. Who are you when you're uncompensated? Our compensated self is the driving force for external illness, so finding and healing our uncompensated self can really improve our whole being. Once we can learn how we compensate, we can find a path to healing.
