About Heather Natoli
I hold my life story very dear as it has shaped who I am as a mother, lover, friend and homeopath. I have a strong passion for healing, helping and empowering myself, my family and all families to live up to their fullest potential.
As a young child, I had a very vivid revelation. At work with my mother, I used to sing and caress one of her most beloved patients - a young girl who was born with only a brainstem. Science told us that this girl wasn’t able to react to affection, respond at more than a very basic level to stimuli or have relationships. Something much deeper than science, told me that there was so much more to this child than anyone could find through a microscope and cat scans. She visibly relaxed under the care of my mother, she reached to hold the hand of her sister, and what I could now only explain as her aura was magnificently more expressive than anyone I have encountered. At a very young age, this child taught me that science doesn’t have it all figured out and that humans are so much deeper and larger than our minds and bodies. I honor this in my treatment of every client who walks through my doors now.

As a teenager, I felt a lot of pressure to help in my family’s responsibilities but also to begin carving out my own future. I had this driving desire to become a doctor, specifically a neurologist, to figure out the gap I was feeling from my young childhood friend. While working towards my goals, I was diagnosed with a frightening (at the time) brain anomaly, had a new budding romance (we ended up married!), worked full time, went to school full time and also felt a strong responsibility toward caring for my new, beautiful baby sisters. This is a lot to have on anyone’s plate, nevermind someone who was still technically a child. To cope with all of this pressure, I developed some very unhealthy habits like drinking, abusing anxiety medications and pushing away friends and family.
Through a gradual journey of self reflection, I finally restored my self through homeopathy. Now as a homeopath, I see so many young adults struggling through finding how they fit in their own life and I am so passionate about helping them navigate this rocky terrain and supporting them into adulthood. I now honor this struggle in others through dark and light times as a beneficial part of each person’s individual journey, allow each person in life the ability to open and change at a very personal level and support this tenderly in my practice.

As a young adult, I found myself with a growing family. In the beginning, I trusted in doctors and medicine wholeheartedly. We lived in a tin can trailer and spent money on quick, empty nutrition dinners and far too many medications. After some rough experiences, personally and through my children’s lives, my husband and I made a conscious decision to live holistically. Little by little, we changed the foods we eat, the products we use, and the medications that rule our lives (though, we would have kept the trailer if it wasn’t falling apart). After four years of study and hands on clinical work at CHE NYC and under the schooling of a great healer, Sue Anello, I became a homeopath and then went on to refine my studies in children’s and women’s health and detoxification with CEASE Therapy. Now we live healthily, humbly and proudly in our willingness to build a lifestyle that fits our ethics. I compassionately and excitedly honor each family’s journey, whatever stage of transition they are at, because I have been there. I adore empowering and encouraging families to embrace health through nature, parenting through kindness and living with intentional compassion for everyone’s perspective.
Through my work as a homeopath, I have learned that everyone is ever changing, but through homeopathy we can flourish instead of wilt - I will help guide you. I have recognized that everyone will encounter toxins, regardless of your lifestyle and the best we can do is build up our systems to respond and detox effectively - I will help fortify you. I am passionate about supporting each member of your family as an individual while encouraging the connectedness of your family unit.
Meet the Family
Hi Friends !!! Here at the Natoli family, we value individuality, nature, compassion and respect for the world around us and those who share it. We are a very quirky bunch; adventurous, a little crazy and each bursting with love in our own ways. I noticed in my blog that I mention my husband and children a lot, so I wanted a space where you can really get to know them!
I just love how I can see these wondrous remedies react on those closest to me. Since I can’t write a blog post about each time we use these awesome little pellets, I’m excited to share it with you here!
